How to register for JAMB exams at local offices

If you’re planning to take the JAMB UTME, you need to register properly to avoid any last-minute issues. This guide breaks down the registration process into easy steps, so you can complete it quickly and stress-free.

 

What You Need for JAMB Registration

 

Before heading to a JAMB office or CBT center, make sure you have these documents ready:

1. You will need your Birth Certificate or Proof of your age.

2. NIN (National Identification Number) Your  NIN is very important you cant  can’t register without it

3. School ID Card.  It helps confirm your identity.

4. A recent Passport photograph. You will have to take about 10 to 15 copies with a white background.

5. Your O’ Level Result (WAEC, NECO, or NABTEB). If you haven’t gotten yours yet, you can still register using “Awaiting Result.”

6. A JAMB e-PIN. You can get Buy it from a bank or an authorized vendor. Ensure you do not misplace the receipt

7. You may also be asked for your Proof of State/LGA of Origin. So go with it.

8. Security Code from your school. Some schools issue this for extra verification.

9. Consent Form (if underage). If you’re under 18, a parent or guardian must sign a consent form.
